Twelve is a boutique agency founded by me, Xenia Mclaughlin, on the principles of communication, collaboration and care ♡

After becoming a mother, I felt a deep calling to create an agency that mirrored the nurturing and supportive environment I wanted for my own family. With this vision in mind, I established Twelve, an agency that places the well-being of our models at the forefront of everything we do.
We want to cultivate long-term relationships with our models, building careers steeped in confidence, growth and - needs to be changed to with sustainable success in an ever-evolving industry.

We understand the significance of maintaining an image conscious approach to every project we work on, from magazine editorials to specifically tailored fashion week strategies, we ensure that our models and their careers are not only seen, but celebrated in the most prestigious spaces.
